Returns & Exchanges

Due to health and safety concerns, there are no refunds or exchanges.  In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, we will gladly replace it within 7 days of the date of purchase. Any item that may be defective or damaged can only be exchanged for a replacement of the same item. Used, emptied, or refilled items will not qualify for any return, refund, or exchange. 

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that all items ordered are correct prior to check out. Please review your shipping information before submitting the order After checkout, if you have discovered any mistakes, you should immediately e-mail info@clawaddicts.com to inform us so we can correct the issues prior to shipping. Your items will be shipped out within 2-3 business days of placing your order. If your items have shipped after you notified us of the issue, you may return the unopened item. 

By placing an order and making a payment, you are agreeing to the terms that all sales made by Claw Addicts are final.

 

Shipping

All Claw Addicts orders will typically ship within 2-3 business days. During U.S. Holidays, items will ship on the following business day. If an order is placed on Saturday or Sunday it will be shipped out on the following Monday.

You are provided with a shipping confirmation where you can continuously track your package through USPS. After items have shipped, we are not responsible for any damages or lost packages. Please ship the package to a location that you will be available at to ensure your package does not get stolen, as package theft is a common issue these days. Please contact your local USPS office for assistance if you suspect that your package was stolen. If your package was addressed correctly and you do not receive it, we will work with you on resolving the issue.

To return your products that are damaged, defective, or wrongly shipped:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Claw Addicts is not responsible for lost or untraceable return shipments. It is highly recommended to return your item using a carrier that offers tracking services.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Only items that have not been shipped can be cancelled. Once you received a tracking number, you will not be able cancel or modify the order, please contact us via email at info@clawaddicts.com with a cancellation request. We will not be able to make modifications to your order after the order is marked as "fulfilled".

Some of our products could be a choking hazard and are not suitable for small children. We are not responsible for any harm or damage that may occur incidental to any product of, or related to Claw Addicts.
